Shipping policy
We at Lady Lavender Boutique LLC want to ensure that your package is delivered promptly and to ensure proper delivery please make sure your address is entered correctly. Please use the address listed with the United Postal Service. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issue. However, if we are not able to contact you after several attempts and no response, your order will be canceled and the money refunded.
If you discover that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please inform us immediately at contact@ladylavenderboutique.com.
If your order was placed on the weekend, please contact us on Monday so we can resolve the issue. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ladylavenderboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package. As stated in the Refund Policy ALL Sales Are Final.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Lady Lavender Boutique LLC DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that confirm the post office DELIVERED.
Some items are shipped from an international warehouse located in Canada, China, and Germany. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping reminder you will receive your order within 2-3 business days from the date it is shipped, not from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that confirm the post office delivered it.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to customs charges by your native country.
